Alexa Skill - Unable to Develop New Builds

Began:

Amazon Developer Support have completed their investigation and provided details of solution. This will require development work on Amazon's side as well as Radio.co. Our Development team are currently working on the sections we need to update. Further information will be provided in due course.

We'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Amazon are still investigating the issue affecting their developer submissions site. Once we have further updates we will provide them here.

We are currently working with the Amazon Developer team to diagnose the issue. We will have more details once we have a response we will provide an update here.

We're aware of an issue preventing us from developing new Alexa Skill builds.

Our development team are reviewing this, once an update is available we'll provide further information.

We're investigating an issue where streams have fallen silent, we're working to investigate the cause of this, and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Our development team have raised an incident with one of our server providers, soon as we have an update, we'll let you know here.

Our site reliability engineers are working to restore streams. Once all systems are back to normal this incident will be moved to resolved.
