Please see below the support coverage over the Christmas and New Year period:

25th December: Closed (our team will be on-call in the event of a systemwide issue)

26th December: Emergency only support (all non-urgent queries will be handled from 27th onwards)

27th - 29th December: Reduced support

1st January: Reduced support

From the 2nd January, normal support coverage will resume.

During the holiday period we are also introducing our AI chatbot, Fin. This is designed to provide timely answers to common questions. You will always have the option to pass your questions on to a real person.
