We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We are still in the process of moving legacy stations to alternative hardware. We expect this to be complete within the next few hours.
Upgraded stations have been migrated to other hardware successfully. Legacy stations (FTP) are being migrated one by one. Messaging has been sent out to affected users.
Your station will remain on air before migration starts, and come back online once complete. You will receive an email once the migration has finished.
We are working to migrate affected stations to an alternate server. Further updates will be available shortly.
We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it.
We are actively investigating a hardware issue on one of our station servers (Basil). The server is experiencing thermal problems which may result in increased load, slower performance or isolated station interruptions while work is ongoing.
At present, most stations remain operational but may be running with reduced redundancy. We are working with the hardware vendor to carry out full diagnostics. Some checks may require the server to be powered down.
Further updates will be posted as we progress. If you experience any issues with your station, please contact support as normal.
