Disruption - Radio.co Platform - Caused by AWS outage.

All AWS services are back in full operation. Radio.co has now recovered from the incident.

AWS continue to work on resolving the core issue.

Our services appear to be recovering. Further updates will be available shortly.

AWS continue to work to restore service. While the majority of their services are recovering, engineers continue to work on the remaining parts.

We will provide further updates once Radio.co service has returned to normal operation.

There may still be disruption to service while AWS recovers.

Update from Amazon: [3:03 PM PST] Many services have already recovered, however we are working towards full recovery across services. Services like SSO, Connect, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, and EventBridge are still experiencing impact. Engineers are actively working on resolving impact to these services.

Update: track uploads and Alexa skills are also being affected by this.

Some streams are falling silent on Radio.co at the moment due to a global outage with Amazon Web Services which we use for some of our infrastructure.

At the moment Amazon haven't provided an ETA of when a fix for this will go live but they are currently working on this. We're continuing to monitor stations and see if there's anything we can do to bring your station back on air.

We're aware of a current incident with one of our infrastructure partners, which may cause issues with the Radio.co platform, such as stream's falling silent, and next tracks not being correctly selected.

At this current time we're not aware of any issues with the platform, however we'd like to make you aware of the potential disruption.

We're working with our infrastructure provider to resolve this incident as soon as possible, and we apologise for any potential issues with may appear.
