Listeners Disconnected From Stream

A sudden increase in traffic caused our servers to be under heavy load which as a result caused a small number of dropped connections. To account for the traffic the system provisioned more capacity automatically as expected which caused a slight blip in the service.

We're aware of an incident where a small number of stations experienced listeners being disconnected from the stream. In some cases, listeners would have received an access denied error when loading the listen link.

This has now recovered, and an investigation is underway. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
